Thank you for supporting JerMar Warriors. Every purchase helps fund awareness, advocacy, and community initiatives. Because many of our items are custom printed, we have the following policy in place.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
All merchandise is made to order.
For that reason:
• We do not accept returns due to sizing errors• We do not issue refunds for buyer’s remorse• We do not offer exchanges unless item is defective
Please review size charts carefully before ordering.
❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
• A damaged item• A misprinted item• The wrong size or color than what you ordered
You must notify us within 5 days of delivery.
Email: Info@JerMarsca.org Include:• Order number• Clear photos of the issue• Description of the problem
If approved, we will replace the item at no cost.
📦 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by shipping carriers• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

💳 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us first before filing a dispute.
If a chargeback is filed without contacting us:
• We will provide proof of order confirmation• Proof of shipment and tracking• Delivery confirmation
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
• Refusal of future service• Account flagging• Legal follow-up if necessary
